Im Laufe der Zeit hat sich die Bibliothek zu einer Mediothek gewandelt, die neben Bücher, Comics und Zeitschriften für alle Altersgruppen auch verschiedene Nonbooks im Sortiment führt. Gemeindebibliothek ist eine Stiftung.
