L'enquête structurelle agricole est menée chaque année depuis 1997 et enregistre la structure de toutes les exploitations agricoles en Suisse, principalement sur la base de données administratives. Elle couvre près de 100 % des exploitations et collecte des variables telles que les tailles d'exploitation, les surfaces cultivées, les effectifs d'animaux d'élevage et les employés.
